Click on 'Objects' - 'Primitive' - 'Torus':

You should get the following shape. Resize this in the 'Size Panel' to X=300m, Y=50m, Z=300m:

Click on the 'Use Polygon Tool':

Then click on the 'Make Object Editable Tool':

Your object should now have blue lines on it:

Click on the 'Rotate Tool':

You should now see these rings on your image:

Go to 'Edit' - 'Select All' (Ctrl + A):

The blue lines will now become red

Rotate the Torus to roughly this angle:

Click on 'Structure' - 'Matrix Extrude':

Use the following settings:

Your image should now look something like this:
